Energy Upgrade California is launching here is San Diego soon. It is a program to give rebates to SDG&E customers for energy efficient upgrades.
Using the house a system approach the state of California and the local utility are teaming up to put cash back in your pocket after certain criteria and energy improvement upgrades are done to your home.
There are two paths Basic and Advanced.
